SilverRing™ Long Boutonniere Splint for Lateral Instability
Use the SilverRing™ Long Boutonniere Splint for lateral instability with a limited range of flexion. Worn with the spacer on the side of the joint, this splint provides the greatest leverage for correcting lateral instability. Order these splints when flexion of the joint is limited to less than 45 degrees. Do not order for a finger with full active flexion since the splint will rotate. The SilverRing™ Long Boutonniere Splint is designed exclusively for the PIP joint because of its overall length.

Use the SilverRing™ Long Boutonniere Splint for flexion of enlarged or fusiform-shaped PIP joints. The orientation of the spacer between the two rings holds them farther apart for better leverage at a more comfortable angle.
